Boy is it going to be HOT, HOT, HOT this week! And, our menu is just the perfect combination of chill, light, and satisfying–perfect for getting dinner on the table and NOT having to turn on an oven or stove!!
Not to mention, summer produce is exploding right now with this heat so we included lots of corn, tomatoes, and peppers (stuffed peppers & kabobs, yum!)
